Your custom piece will be handcrafted specifically for you based on the design, specifications, materials, stone(s), sizing, and other details previously reviewed and approved prior to payment.

Your Custom Order

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed and approved the final design and specifications for your custom jewelry piece.
• Your piece is being individually handcrafted and may have minor variations consistent with the nature of custom jewelry production.
• Production will begin following receipt of payment and final approval.
• Once payment has been submitted and your order has entered production, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• All custom jewelry sales are FINAL SALE.
• The Diamond Era is not responsible for post-production modifications, alterations, resizing, or changes requested after the approved piece has been completed unless separately agreed to in writing.
• Any applicable CAD fee or deposit previously designated as a credit toward your completed piece will be reflected in your final order total.

Final Approval

By submitting payment for this custom jewelry order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the specifications provided for your piece and authorize The Diamond Era and its jewelry production partners to proceed with production.
