By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from The Diamond Era, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. General Terms

By using this website or making a purchase, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict access to our website when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, misuse of our services, or violations of these Terms.

2. Our Products

The Diamond Era specializes in lab-grown diamonds and related products.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and represent our products, including applicable carat weight, measurements, color, clarity, cut, polish, symmetry, fluorescence, certification information, and other characteristics.

Because diamonds are unique products, individual stones may vary in appearance.

Product photographs and videos may be captured using magnification, specialized lighting, macro photography, or other equipment designed to display the details of a diamond. The appearance of a diamond may vary based on lighting conditions, photography, video, magnification, screen settings, device displays, and viewing environment.

While we strive to represent each product as accurately as possible, images and videos may not perfectly reproduce the appearance, size, brilliance, or color of a diamond when viewed in person.

3. Diamond Certification & Grading

When a diamond is advertised as IGI Certified, the applicable grading information is based on a report issued by the International Gemological Institute ("IGI").

Customers should review the grading report and product specifications before completing a purchase.

Diamond grading represents the professional assessment of the applicable independent grading laboratory. The Diamond Era does not independently guarantee that another laboratory, jeweler, appraiser, gemologist, or third party will assign identical grades or characteristics to a diamond.

A diamond grading report is not an appraisal and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of retail, replacement, resale, investment, or future monetary value.

4. Lab-Grown Diamond Disclosure

Unless expressly stated otherwise, diamonds sold by The Diamond Era are lab-grown diamonds.

Lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment rather than mined from the earth. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and certification information before purchasing.

The Diamond Era does not represent or guarantee that a diamond will maintain, increase, or achieve any particular resale or investment value.

5. Product Availability

Many diamonds offered by The Diamond Era are individual stones and may be available in quantities of only one.

Adding an item to your cart does not necessarily reserve that item. A product may remain available for purchase by another customer until an order has been successfully completed and accepted.

Inventory availability may change without notice.

In rare circumstances, a diamond may become unavailable after an order is placed due to simultaneous purchases, inventory synchronization issues, supplier availability, technical errors, or other circumstances.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for that item.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and are subject to change without notice.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that pricing, product specifications, promotions, and inventory information are accurate. However, typographical errors, technical errors, incorrect pricing, inventory discrepancies, or other mistakes may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or contains materially incorrect information, The Diamond Era reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We are not obligated to honor a price that is clearly the result of a typographical, technical, system, or other error.

7. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not constitute final acceptance of that order by The Diamond Era.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, hold, verify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Product or inventory availability

• Pricing or product information errors

• Payment authorization issues

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

• Inability to verify customer information

• Shipping restrictions

• Technical or system errors

• Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

8. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Due to the nature and value of our products, The Diamond Era does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, personal preference, or product characteristics that were accurately disclosed before purchase.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all available product information before purchasing, including specifications, measurements, grading information, certification details, photographs, videos, and descriptions.

If you would like additional information, photographs, videos, or clarification about a diamond, please contact us before completing your purchase.

Our Final Sale Policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or prepared for shipment.

Because our inventory consists primarily of individual diamonds, completing a purchase removes that particular stone from available inventory.

Please carefully review your order, shipping information, and product selection before completing checkout.

10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Materially Misrepresented Items

While all sales are final, we want to ensure that you receive the product you purchased.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or you believe the product you received materially differs from its description, please contact The Diamond Era promptly after delivery.

We may request reasonable documentation to investigate the claim, including photographs, video, original packaging, shipping materials, certification information, or other relevant evidence.

Customers should retain all original packaging and shipping materials until the matter has been resolved.

If we determine that an error occurred on our part, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside The Diamond Era's reasonable control.

Because diamonds are high-value merchandise, certain orders may require signature confirmation or other delivery safeguards.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive packages requiring a signature.

If you believe your package has been lost, stolen, damaged, misdelivered, or otherwise affected during shipment, please contact us promptly so that we can determine what carrier claims, shipping protections, or other remedies may be available.

12. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

Because The Diamond Era sells high-value merchandise, we may use fraud prevention and transaction verification procedures to protect our customers and our business.

We reserve the right to request additional information reasonably necessary to verify a purchaser's identity, payment method, billing information, shipping information, or transaction.

An order may be delayed, held, or canceled if we cannot satisfactorily verify the transaction or reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

13. Payment

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Where a mandatory third-party platform policy conflicts with these Terms regarding a transaction completed through that platform, the applicable platform requirements will govern to the extent required.

The Diamond Era's website policies apply to purchases made directly through our website unless otherwise stated.

16. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, special offers, and other incentives may be subject to additional terms or restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotional discounts that are used fraudulently, improperly, or contrary to the terms of the promotion.
